I couldn't possibly be more proud of Spencer for winning his first GRAMMY!
It feels like it was just a matter of time for Spencer to receive this special recognition, since anyone who has ever met him is instantly inspired by his creativity, musical prowess, and tenacity. I was certainly ✨bewitched✨ by his passionate spirit when we first met at 16 at music camp! I'm so honored that I get a backstage pass to all of his endeavors.
I wanted to celebrate by making this digital watercolor, and now I’m thinking I would like to make prints to send to our loved ones who have supported Spencer and cheered him on! Not sure when we'll receive the physical trophy, but apparently they're all being engraved and will be mailed out within a couple months. Did ya know – they're about 8.5" tall and weigh 5 pounds! My mom checked the dimensions so we'd know how much shelf space to clear on the hutch in the studio, haha!
