Our Story
Mosey Creative was first established in 2015 in a Brooklyn cafe to encompass the artistic pursuits of Spencer Stewart and Lucy Stewart. At that time, we were still learning about ourselves, making music, and working out how to turn our passions into careers. “Mosey Creative” became our mantra to remind ourselves to continue to develop and follow our curiosities.
In 2018 we moved to Los Angeles, and our creative moseying has since branched into two main directions. On one limb we have Spencer, who primarily produces records and composes film music. On the other we have Lucy, a music educator and designer.

Spencer Stewart
Spencer Stewart is a Grammy-winning music producer and composer based in Los Angeles. He graduated from Berklee College of Music with a dual degree in Film Scoring and Jazz Performance in 2013. For insight into his process, read his Forbes interview on Laufey, creativity, and more.
Lucy Stewart
Lucy Stewart is a music educator and designer. Recently she illustrated her debut children’s book, ABC Musical Animals. Other current projects include designing craft tutorials for Benzie Design, directing a Children’s Choir, and sharing artwork on her blog. She is especially inspired by projects that help children experience the joy of music, play, and creation.
Lucy earned her degree magna cum laude in Music Education with Choral Emphasis from the University of Washington and is licensed through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
