Twelve Days Ornaments

Twelve Days Ornaments No. 1-11, Designed by Larissa Holland and stitched by Lucy Stewart

I have spent the past few months stitching these gorgeous Twelve Days Ornaments, designed by Larissa Holland (aka mmmCrafts). Aren’t they lovely? These heirloom felt figurines match the Twelve Days of Christmas carol, and I especially love the musicians. I have one left to complete (Lord a’Leaping), and then I’ll be sure to share photos of my entire collection on our tree!

Drummer Drumming, Dancer Dancing, Maid a’Milking, and Piper Piping

Make your own with patterns from mmmCrafts (available here on Etsy) and wool felt/materials from Benzie Design. The pattern is intended to be customizable with color selection, and I had a lot of fun head-scratching trying to choose colors that felt festive, rich, and playful – with lots of pink, of course! I used 100% Bellwether wool felt from Benzie Design in the colors Chicory, Ecru, Tellina, Hibiscus, Cherry Red, Butterscotch, Wasabi, Nori, Teal, Nordic, Cerulean, Magpie, and Champagne Metallic.
